The client was Indigo Media; they employed me to write a script for one of their clients. Original version (for a guideline) is first and the two options that follow are what I wrote. The first option I created has the angle of an industrial and rugged tone while the second version has a renaissance and gentle tone.

More and more people are in support of areas that are located in dense, authentic, and walkable urban environments.

Downtown Dayton serves as a place where creatives and entrepreneurs from all walks of life can come together and collaborate in an exciting, innovative way.

The emergence of a Dayton Urban Creative Culture is driven by the presence of universities and knowledge-based institutions and community economic development.

Downtown Dayton has hundreds of tech-based, social and creative endeavors, activities, and operations ranging from startups to established institutions and everything in between.

It’s the collisions and interactions that someone can only have when they are operating in a space that fosters this sort of collaboration.

This new and creative entrepreneur class asserts that there is a growing list of reasons on why starting downtown is in a company’s best interest.

There’s something alternative approaching; a realm decorated by the light of an urban lifestyle. This place has rentable bike centers to access in order to explore the city setting of local breweries, coffee houses, performing arts theaters, live music events, and Dayton Metroparks.

The urban community offers organic experiences; say, joining a fellow neighbor in maintaining a community garden or joining the local artists in painting murals in the downtown. This city is full of life and activity on every corner. From the quaint coffee house on the corner to the expansive restaurant in the base of the tallest skyscraper, each business contains a welcoming atmosphere.

A new stream of individuals are increasingly interested in being involved in activities that are provided within the city; they peruse the record store, browse locally owned clothing stores, and dine at local restaurants.

Creative and like-minded people are increasingly attracted to the urban lifestyle resulting in collaboration. Collaborating leads people to work on projects with one another to manufacture brilliance.

Downtown Dayton provides some of the best opportunities for both businesses and entrepreneurs. Renting space for a business is more affordable than most other large cities.
